Focus areas provide administrators the ability to easily organize tasks within a Blueprint. By assigning a focus area to a task within a Blueprint, you can ensure that Blueprints are covering the various focus areas that it needs to be effective.
Role Needed: Development Coordinator
To Create a Focus Area:
- Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar menu.
- From the Focus Areas section, select the New Focus Area button.
- Enter a Name, Description and Color.
- After reviewing your information, select Create Focus Area.
After creating a Focus Area, the Focus Area can be assigned to any task associated with a Blueprint.
If the event you need to edit a Focus Area, select Edit in the row of the Focus Area. After making your changes, select Update Focus Area.
