After creating a form or survey in Pathways, users can assign the form to an event. Assigning a form or survey to an event is a great way to collect information before an event and collect feedback from attendees after an event has concluded. By collecting information from attendees you can tailor programming to the needs of attendees.
Role Needed: Development Coordinator
To Assign a Form to an Event:
- Navigate to the Event Calendar.
- Select Create New Event in the top right corner of the page. Enter the required information. For more information on how to create an event, visit the Create a New Event article.
- In the Pre-Event and Post-Event Form dropdowns, select the Form that you wish to assign.
- If you are assigning a Post-Event Form, select how many hours after the event you wish the form to be sent.
After assigning the form(s) and creating the event, event attendees will receive a push notification and email to complete the form before and/or after the event depending on the form type(s) assigned.
If the event requires student-athletes to sign up, they will be prompted to complete the pre-event form after signing up.
