Launching a kiosk allows student-athletes to check in and out of events directly from their phone. Students simply scan the QR code on the kiosk to check in and out of the event. By launching a kiosk prior to an event, you can accurately track attendance to ensure student-athletes are receiving credit for their attendance.
Role Needed: Development Coordinator
Users can only launch a kiosk if check-in is enabled for the event and the check-in is configured at the event’s location
To Launch a Kiosk:
- Navigate to the Event Calendar in the left sidebar menu.
- Select the Event you wish to launch a kiosk for.
- In the pop-up, select Event Details.
- From the Overview subtab, select Launch Kiosk.
After selecting Launch Kiosk, you will be directed to a new page with a QR code for student-athletes to check-in.
