The Teamworks App Switcher provides users the ability to easily switch between products from within the navigation bar without having to authenticate their login for each product. Utilizing the Teamworks App Switcher allows administrators to work more efficiently by eliminating the need to open new tabs and enter sign-in credentials!
After selecting a product, you will be directed to your dashboard in the selected product. You will not need to enter any credentials.

My organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in. How will that impact my ability to use the App Switcher? Organizations that utilize SSO will be able to utilize the Teamworks App Switcher. Do I need to utilize Sign In with Teamworks to utilize the App Switcher?
- No, users do not need to use the Sign In with Teamworks to utilize the App Switcher.
I don’t see a product that I should have access to in the App Switcher?
- If you don’t see a product that you believe you should be able to access, first contact your Organization SuperUser. They will be able to provide access if you do not currently have an account for a product.
What products is the App Switcher available for?
- The App Switcher is currently available for Teamworks Hub, Compliance + Recruiting, Pulse, Academics, Pathways, and Influencer. We plan to add additional products to the App Switcher soon!
